I am writing to express my appreciation for the pleasant and professional services Cosmo Valente provided to me and my brother when it came time to sell the family home. Cosmo was recommended to us by long time neighbours. Cosmo had successfully sold their family home above the listing price earlier in the year.
To ensure we did our due diligence we interviewed Cosmo and a second realtor. From the initial listing to the final sale Cosmo was able to generate and sustain a good level of interest and showings of the property. Cosmo always kept us informed, readily answered any questions/concerns and was easily reached via phone or e-mail. The house was being used as a rental at the time of sale and Cosmo’s pleasant attitude allowed him to work with the tenant without any difficulty.
I am happy to report that the house sold in about six weeks at a price that was supported by the then current sales and listings. From our initial meeting to the successful conclusion with a sale Cosmo ensured the entire process was an extremely positive experience.
